We planned to post this report right after the holidays. We were very proud of the result of our work and happy that this year we were able to help more people for the fall holidays than in the past.
We couldn't wait to share this achievement with you, because without your support this would not have been possible.
The events that took place on the last day of the holiday, Simach Torah, completely depressed us and knocked us out, as well as every citizen of Israel and those who worry about it outside of Israel.
But no matter what happens, we must help people in need! Yes, we are a charitable foundation, you are right, but we are still human beings. This war has touched every Israeli, but it has been the trigger that activated and united our people. That's why we launched projects to help the soldiers and the people affected.
We would like to express our admiration for your support, not only during the holidays but also during the war. However, this post is exactly about the holidays, so let's get back to them.
During the Fall Holidays, for Rosh Hashanah, Sukkot, and Kaparot online, due to you, we provided financial support to 243 families. We also participated financially in the project led by Rabbi Moshe Gekreiter in the distribution of food packages, which resulted in helping another 300 families.
In total, 543 families got our help, that's 135 families more than last year!
