Last week, the manager of our Foundation, Aron Tzvi Bachnarel, together with Michael Nizovskiy, made another trip to Ofakim to support the Russian-speaking pensioners of the city.
This time, an additional 30 elderly individuals received our help. Among them were Holocaust survivors and those who are unable to leave their homes (for whom caregivers were sent), managed to purchase familiar groceries totaling 12,000 shekels.
As known, Ofakim was one of the cities that terrorists stormed into on October 7, 2023, many of its residents witnessed the events of that day. Just like last time, we spoke with our beneficiaries and they shared with us what they endured during the "Black Sabbath".
There are still 90 grandmothers and grandfathers in Ofakim who need our help. Join us in this project!
