Why we opened this campaign
Support Women After Divorce
Help women not only get through this difficult period, but rebuild their lives afterward.
₪200 covers the full course for one woman.
Five sessions with therapists and other professionals, practical exercises, and the support of a small group during one of the most difficult periods of her life.
Divorce rarely ends the day the papers are signed.
What follows can be fear, anger, confusion, financial uncertainty, changes in relationships with children, and the need to rebuild a life that suddenly looks completely different.
This is why Yad Yitzchak created Raz-naya, a support program for women going through divorce or living with its aftermath.
The course includes five online sessions in a small group of up to 15 women. It was created by psychotherapist Esther Esenfeld together with a team of experienced professionals.
The program is not about abstract advice. It gives women practical tools to regain stability, understand what they are going through, and begin moving forward.
During the course, participants work through some of the most difficult issues that often come with divorce: fear, resentment, self-esteem, guilt and responsibility, trust, personal boundaries, and relationships with an ex-partner and children.
One participant from a previous group shared:
“I only wish a course like this had existed 10 years ago, when I first left my former husband. I probably could have avoided many mistakes, years of lost time, and the burden of resentment and regret I carried with me.”
The women who need this support the most are often the ones who cannot afford it
The full course costs ₪200.
For some, that may not seem like a large amount. But after a divorce, especially when a woman is raising children alone, has lost part of the household income, or is trying to rebuild her life from scratch, even ₪200 can be money she simply cannot spare.
That is why Yad Yitzchak wants to cover the cost of the course for women facing financial hardship.
Our goal is simple: no woman should have to go without professional support simply because she cannot afford ₪200.
₪200 — a full course for one woman
₪400 — courses for two women
₪1,000 — courses for five women
₪3,000 — an entire group of 15 women
Each donation is more than just a place in a Zoom session.
It means five meetings with professionals, a safe group of women with similar experiences, practical exercises, session recordings, and the opportunity to make sense of what is happening and begin rebuilding.
For one woman, this may be the first place in a long time where she can finally say out loud that she is struggling.
For another, it may help her stop blaming herself.
And for someone else, it may provide the strength she needs to begin the next chapter of her life.
Give one woman the full Raz-naya course for ₪200.
Don’t let the cost be the reason she has to go through divorce without the support she needs.
GIVE A WOMAN THE COURSE — ₪200
Or support the program with any amount that feels right for you. Every ₪200 gives another woman the opportunity to take the entire course free of charge.
