A Year of Pain, Resilience, and Unity.
It has been a year since Israel found itself at the center of brutal conflict. This year has brought us immense sorrow and suffering—families lost loved ones, homes were destroyed, and for many, the sense of security became a distant memory. We witnessed the tears of mothers, the fear in children’s eyes, and the profound pain that war brought to each of us.
Yet, in this difficult year, amidst loss and grief, our people united like never before. We became one family, supporting each other through the darkest moments. The Yad Yitzchok Charitable Foundation dedicated all its resources and energy to helping affected families and soldiers. Together with your support, we not only provided material aid but also instilled hope that better days are ahead.
In response to the war, we assisted 1,415 evacuated and affected families with:
- Hygiene products
- Basic clothing
- Shoes
- Tablets for children to continue their education
- A playroom for troubled teenagers from Sderot
- Food aid
- Financial assistance
Together, we extended care and attention to over 3,360 heroic soldiers* by providing:
- Hot meals
- Dry rations
- Bulletproof vests
- Helmets
- Clothing (basic, outerwear, and specialized gear)
- Medical supplies
- Chargers
- Various tactical equipment (knives, flashlights, thermal imaging devices, and more)
- Cigarettes
- Games
- Financial assistance
*Including fighters, the wounded, and members of rapid response teams ("Kitot Konenut").
Your support has been a beacon of light guiding many through these dark times.
This year has reminded us that when we come together, we grow stronger. And despite the challenges we face, we remain one people—united in our resilience and our pursuit of peace.
