Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting low-income families in honor of Purim!
We had 275 families on our list, and we tried to help each of them by raising the necessary funds. Unfortunately, we managed to raise less than that, than planned, so we decided to provide more meaningful assistance to fewer families.
Together we helped 136 families, giving each family between 500 and 2,000 shekels depending on their needs. But most importantly, we gave people joy, which means we fulfilled the true purpose of the commandment of Matanot Le Evionim.
All funds collected were given to the needy on the day of Purim, Adar 14, strictly in accordance with halacha.
Your generosity has not only provided financial support to many families, but has also given them a sense of hope and care.
We deeply appreciate your input and your willingness to respond to the needs of others - even when we've been a bit intrusive. 😉
