Today we want to share with you a thank you from Yaakov and Tzofnat, two incredible people whose story is filled with courage, dedication, and faith in the best.
Yaakov is a returnee from Ukraine who from a young age built his future in Israel. He went from studying at Alonei Yitzhak to serving in the Combat Engineers, where he converted and chose the path of observance. Since the beginning of the war, Yaakov has spent two two-month stints in Gaza, performing dangerous tasks in demining and defending our country.
Tzofnat is the fourth daughter in a large family from Bnei Brak. She works as a dental assistant and helps her parents, who recently married off their two older children. Their fateful meeting occurred during the war, when Tzofnat's sister saw a photo of Yaakov and told her about him. After their first meeting, they realized they wanted to be together.
Their wedding took place at the end of December, an important and happy day that they had been working towards for a long time. Despite all the difficulties, Yaakov and Tzofnat started their life together with optimism. Thanks to your support, we were able to raise the funds that made this important step easier and allowed them to focus on the future.
