Education is a step in life that helps people gain the knowledge and tools that will provide them with further growth and self-improvement.
Every request for help in Yad Yitzhak requires us to carefully consider and analyze: "How can we help, what needs to be done to change the financial situation of this person". Each case is different: there are medical problems and unforeseen circumstances. But often, the appeals we receive, their main reason is caused by the lack of an education.
Education is one of the first points in the description of requirements for most vocations. A diploma makes a person a more desirable candidate, even if the alleged position is in another specialty. And if the same skills align with the job description, well the advantages of certified specialists are undeniable.
The presence of education shows the employer that in front of him sits a person who knows how to learn, which means that it will not be difficult to retrain him. At the same time, it is difficult, and in some cases impossible, for an employee to move up the career ladder without a diploma.
Some specialties (doctors, lawyers, etc.) may be studied only at Universities.
The second point is gaining experience. Undoubtedly, the more experience a person carries in a particular area, the higher the income.
Getting an education and work experience is not a quick process and it requires a large financial investment, time and effort. A person who finds it necessary, especially when he has a family and children, wants to learn and is not being forced.
To this end, The Yad Yitzhak Foundation created the project "Education". "Education" is a helpline not for a specific person, but for our environment and the country as a whole. The more educated people we have, the higher the socio-economic level will be in the country.
The uniqueness of the project is that every donation you make today will increase over time!
Our goal is not only to bring specific people out of the financial crisis, but also to use them in the future. To involve these individuals to support the "Education" project, thereby opening opportunities for subsequent candidates.
